Globe Valve
Globe Valve
Globe Valve adjusts the flow rate. By controlling the gap between the disc and the seat
Globe valve working principle:
1. High-temperature valves Disc or plugs can be a metal revolving around independent of the valve stem so that when closing and opening the valve does not scratch the seat. Most globe valves are replaced when damaged or have problems.
2. A small leak between the disc and the seat might cause damage, which appears as a deep bite in the metal. It’s a line that looks like a trace made by a wire drawing. The speed of the fluid going through the front Disc and Seat is the mark.
3. Globe valves can be used for different applications:
– high pressure
– high temperature
– regulating
– isolating
– wog; water, oil, gas
– steam
4. The direction of flow in the globe valve flow from the bottom up. Not top to bottom, because
– bottom-up flow doesn’t cause much change in the flow direction. Reduces pressure between the front disc and seat, less chance of corrosion because of cavitation are therefore less.

Ball Valve
Read moreBall valve is a valve that turns off the water inside a spherical shape. It has holes for water to flow through or close to prevent water from flowing. A key feature of the ball valve is that it can be fully open or closed, dimmed or moderately open.

Solenoid Valve
Read moreSolenoid Valve is a valve used to control the direction of air (or fluid) by energizing an electrical coil, together with a spring return or a second coil when the valve must move to/hold another position. When current flows through the coil, the magnetic field pulls the plunger/armature to shift the valve; when power is removed, a spring (typical for single-solenoid designs) returns the valve to its normal position.

Safety Valve
Read moreSafety Valve also known as “Safety valve” or “Safety”, is a safety device of the system. Its main function is to release the pressure inside the system. The valve will automatically operate when the pressure exceeds the set value. This type of valve is used for compressible fluids such as steam or gases that require rapid pressure relief.
